My Latest Heart Expansion
(This is a summary of Myra's thoughts about her recent
heart events
in October.)

Now
that fall is almost over, and winter will be here soon, I wanted to
share my
thoughts with you about November, December and January.
This is a time to go within, to reflect
on
what is important in our lives, and what is not.
I always ask myself; “what gives me
energy
and what drains me?” I want to
share
with you how I answered that question.
In
March 2008, I began to experience aterial fibrillations but was not
diagnosed
with it until last month. During the
period of time, from March to October, I had several “heart events”. In September, while at the Healing Touch
International conference, I experienced two of these “events”, both of
which
lasted quite awhile. The symptoms were
rapid and irregular heart beat. In
October, I ended up in the emergency room twice. The
first time I was admitted for observation
and put on medication to regulate my heart rate. During
the second admission, it was decided
that the medication was not working, so I had a pacemaker inserted to
regulate
my heart rate. Now a week has passed
since my procedure and I am feeing better.
I
asked in my quiet time during this past week, “What is my heart
teaching me?” My answer was: “the heart is
a sacred,
intelligent, and magnificent organ.” Amazing that this one little organ
has
such power and meaning! It is teaching
me to deepen in my purpose and my commitment: to live and to teach
heart
centered living.
In
November 1995, I had a similar heart event. While
attending a meeting at the hospital
where I graduated from nursing training, I felt pressure in my chest
for over
an hour. As I walked into the emergency
room, I heard gentle voice say; “It is ok if you go, you have done
really
well. But if you chose to stay, you need
to recommit to your soul’s purpose.”
This guidance was telling me that it was
time for me to leave my full
time position at the Fort Wayne Community Schools as Supervisor of
school nurses. Although I had planned to
retire in June of
1996, I retired in January 1996 because of this event.
I knew I was to do Healing Touch, dream
work
and energy work full time. This story is
in my book, Yes I Will. It
is called Heart Attack, The Importance of Guidance.
So
once again, thirteen years later, my heart is my teacher. Now my guidance says it is time to resign from
commitments that no longer give me energy.
My guidance says that I must deepen in
the awareness of the heart
center. Thank you, Heart for being my
teacher. I will listen! I
know my mission and my purpose is to bring
the heart energy to those who are drawn to living a life of change. I know not to get caught up in the crisis of
the world. I challenge you to be a
part
of the change by living the discipline of the heart center by saying”
YES I
WILL”!

It has changed to Heart Centered
Training program.
