This CD is dedicated to all who wish to live the heart energies. I was introduced to heart energy work by Dr. Brugh Joy. He has graciously permitted me to use his work for the meditations on this CD.

The best way to use this CD is to work with the meditations one at time. The Heart Centering meditation will open you to your heart center. The Heart to Heart meditation is best done with another person. The Awakened Heart meditation will allow you to explore deeper levels of the heart center.

The background music Movements of Heaven was composed by Dr. David Tovey, my husband and friend. The music on #4 is the complete music to Movements of Heaven.
